Just short of the Yolo County line, the Judge Davis trail crosses over from Lake to Yolo County into the Cache Creek Natural Area (CCNA, which in Yolo County does not include the wilderness designation; thus, mountain bikes are allowed). Primarily chaparral after the first mile. Bring plenty of water in the warmer months. You can cross Cache Creek to connect to the Redbud Trail, but the river is impassable during periods of heavy precipitation.
